Extreme Savers (referred to in this policy as "Extreme Savers", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is a rewards website that lets members earn points by completing offers, surveys, missions, tasks and games, and redeem those points for PayPal cash or gift cards. Extreme Savers is owned and operated by:
Maple & Moor Media Group Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Any questions about this policy or how your data is handled can be sent to our data protection contact, dpo@maplexmoor.co.uk.
This policy applies to anyone who visits extremesavers.co.uk, and to registered members using our dashboard, offers, missions, tasks, games, offer walls, deals, referral programme and reward redemption features. It does not cover third-party websites you may reach by clicking an offer, survey, or deal link — please read the privacy policy of any external site before providing your data to it.
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account & profile
Email address, display name, password (stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — we never see or store your password in readable form), country, and an optional two-factor authentication (2FA) secret if you choose to turn it on.
Payout & redemption details
Your PayPal email address and/or gift card selection when you request a redemption, plus the status and history of every redemption you make.
Activity & rewards data
The offers, missions, tasks, games and offer-wall surveys you click on or complete; the points/XP earned; your full points ledger and balance history.
Referral data
Your unique referral code, which member (if any) referred you, the status of any friends you've referred, and your referral earnings.
Community data
Votes, comments and reports you submit on the Deals section of the Platform.
Technical & security data
Your IP address (recorded at sign-up, at each login, and against individual offer/survey completions for fraud prevention), browser/device information, and login timestamps and success/failure history.
Communications & preferences
Support enquiries you send us, and your marketing email preference (opted in or out).
We do not ask you for a government-issued ID, proof of address, or a "selfie" holding your ID in order to process a reward redemption.
Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
