These terms set out the rules for using Extreme Savers, including earning points, redeeming rewards, shopping via our partners, and taking part in the community deals section.

Extreme Savers (referred to in these terms as "Extreme Savers", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is a UK rewards and deals website. Members can earn points (also called XP) by completing offers, surveys, missions, tasks and games, shopping via tracked retailer links, spinning the daily wheel, referring friends, and taking part in community features. Points can be redeemed for PayPal cash or gift cards, subject to these terms.

By accessing or using Extreme Savers — including browsing the site, joining the waitlist, creating an account, earning or redeeming points, submitting deals, voting, commenting, or using any other feature — you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. If you use Extreme Savers on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

You may enable optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security. We may also ask you to verify your email address and/or mobile number (for example via SMS one-time code) before certain actions, including cash-outs. Phone verification, where enabled, is part of our fraud-prevention and payout process.
We may freeze your wallet or place holds on redemptions while we review suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or partner reversals.
What points are
Points (XP) are a promotional reward balance recorded in your Extreme Savers wallet. They are not legal tender, a bank deposit, e-money, or a stored-value payment instrument. They have no cash value except as part of a completed redemption we approve under these terms.
Not gambling
Extreme Savers is a rewards and deals platform. Features such as the daily spin, missions and Member of the Week contests are promotional. They are not licensed gambling, and you do not stake money to play them.
Rates and rules can change
Point rates, conversion rates for cash-outs, minimum redemption amounts, hold periods, and reward rules may change from time to time. Current rates and minimums are shown in your member area or at the point of redemption. Changes do not usually affect points already successfully credited, except where we reverse or claw back points under these terms.
Pending and reversible credits
Some earnings may be held as pending or subject to an availability hold before you can redeem them. Credits can be reversed or clawed back if a partner later reports a cancellation, refund, chargeback, non-qualifying action, or fraud, or if we reasonably determine that points were awarded in error or in breach of these terms.
Depending on what is available on the Platform, you may earn points by:
Offer and shopping rewards are usually paid by, or depend on tracking from, third-party advertisers, networks and retailers. We credit points when we receive a valid completion or conversion report. We are not responsible for a partner refusing or reversing a transaction, changing their terms, or failing to track a purchase because cookies, ad blockers, multiple devices, or incomplete checkout steps prevented tracking.
You must follow each offer’s own instructions and the partner’s terms. Incentives that require a purchase are only earned if the purchase qualifies under the partner’s rules (for example, no cancellations or returns within the tracking window).
Extreme Savers does not charge members a fee to maintain a free account. Rewards are promotional and funded through advertising, affiliate and partner arrangements.
Extreme Savers includes a community deals section where members and editors can share savings. By using it, you agree that:
If you share your referral link or code, bonuses and ongoing share (where offered) are only paid for genuine new members who meet our qualification rules. Self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivised sign-ups that break these terms, or other referral abuse may result in bonuses being withheld or clawed back and accounts being suspended.
Current bonus amounts and qualification thresholds are shown in your member area or referral settings and may change from time to time.
Extreme Savers may earn a commission or other advertising revenue when you click “Get deal”, shop via our tracked retailer links, or complete partner offers. This does not usually change the price you pay the retailer. Commissions help us fund member rewards and keep the Platform free to use.
You must not:
We use technical and manual checks (including IP logging, velocity limits and wallet freezes) to protect the Platform. Breaches may lead to forfeited points, cancelled redemptions, suspended access, and — where appropriate — reporting to partners or authorities.
The Extreme Savers name, branding, site design, software and original content are owned by Maple & Moor Media Group Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
By submitting deals, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, moderate, edit and distribute that content on the Platform and in related marketing of Extreme Savers. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit that content.
Links to retailers, offer partners, survey providers, payment processors and fulfilment partners take you to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, shipping, customer service, or refunds — contact the retailer or partner directly for those issues.
We aim to keep Extreme Savers available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be added, changed, suspended or withdrawn (including during a launch/waitlist period). We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that:
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access, freeze your wallet, cancel pending redemptions, and/or claw back points where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where required for legal, security or partner-compliance reasons. We may also close inactive accounts after reasonable notice where practicable.
You can delete your account yourself under Profile → Delete account. When you delete your account:
Redeem any available balance before deleting your account if you want to receive those rewards.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date on this page, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or an in-app notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use of Extreme Savers after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform, and replace any earlier informal understandings on the same subject.
